Customer complaints are initially summarised into our complaint log with all relevant details
written on a complaints form.
The management team will assess the complaint and nominate an appropriate person to deal with
Action, if any, is entered into the complaints log and customer complaints form.
All complaints and any subsequent actions are reviewed at the management review meeting to
prevent further occurrence.
In the unlikely event that we can not resolve the dispute through our own customer service
department, we will advise the customer in writing of RECC’s resolution service and indicate
that we will use the service if the customer wishes to.
